Provision of scholarships to disadvantaged children, using means testing, to identify those most in need of financial assistance. The aim is to
raise the economic well-being of young people who are academically able but do not have the means to continue into further education.
Working together with Local Authorities and the Education Department, we will maximise the funding available to assist young people achieve
entry to tertiary education when academically indicated, so that they can develop into positive members of society and help their communities
in the future.
