With increased technological development in farming and youth unemployment, project’s training basic farm skills is seen as complementing
the Agricultural College project.
The Foundation will secure land identified as agricultural, close to urban areas. Working in conjunction with the Educational Authorities and/or
the Educational Ministry farm schools will be built and managed, providing key skills for young people to gain experience on hand, resulting in
increased employment opportunities within the well-established farming structure.
Educational management can be appointed by the Education Department to meet certification needs. This project is targeted towards young
people who find the school setting to structured or are unable to complete their education in a more formal setting. The Foundation will be
responsible for all maintenance.
