This is a necessity for improving the quality of life of an important number of inhabitants of Uruguay and the tourists in transit from Argentina
to Punta del Este.
Currently, the Route 2 has two single lanes. The Project consists of building 2 more lanes in a separate road, and so there will be 4 lanes; 2 for
going and 2 for returning. The technical name of this is duplication of road. This is beneficial for the normal transit would never be interrupted.
Co builder can use the existing road to transport materials, equipment and personnel to work on it.
The new Road must have two new important bridges one over Rio Negro and another over arroyo Colla.
The foundation wants to collaborate with the concerns that help population live better.
